1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 44cd platform and all services included within it. By accessing the 44cd website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

44cd is an online gaming and betting platform. We provide casino games, sports betting, fishing games and various interactive gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh. To use the platform, you must be in full agreement with these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use the services on the 44cd platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, and all earned bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone else. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 44cd platform is ৳200. Available payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All deposits are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact the support team with the transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 44cd processes each approved withdrawal request within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Before applying for a withdrawal, please ensure:

• Your account has been fully verified
• All wagering requirements for applicable bonuses have been met
• The withdrawal amount is above the minimum limit

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

That means if you deposit ৳5,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you will need to place a total of ৳150,000 (৳10,000 × 15) in bets before making a withdrawal. The bonus may only apply to specific games — please check the detailed terms of each offer separately.

5.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they will only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If misuse of a bonus offer is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 44cd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5.3 Cashback Offers

Members under the VIP Program receive weekly cashback. Cashback is generally credited to the account automatically at the end of each week. Separate wagering requirements apply to cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games on 44cd are operated through fair and verifiable technology. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. In special circumstances, 44cd reserves the right to change the betting limits on any account.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 44cd reserves the right to void that transaction. Winnings resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid. The wagered amount will be refunded in such circumstances.

6.3 Game Service Interruptions

Game services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen reasons. If there are active bets during this time, 44cd will take appropriate steps to settle them.

7 VIP Program

44cd has five VIP tiers, each offering different benefits to members. The details of each tier are given below:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Through active gaming and regular participation, members can gradually move up to higher VIP tiers. VIP tier assignment is at 44cd's discretion, and 44cd reserves the right to change the VIP program at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44cd platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or transferring an account
• Misusing bonus offers or artificially fulfilling bonus conditions
• Playing games using software, bots or automated tools
• Identifying and exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Colluding with other users to place bets
• Threatening or harassing the platform or its staff

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 44cd

44cd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms is proven
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected
• If false information has been provided
• If identity verification fails
• For legal reasons or regulatory directives

9.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account, as accessing your balance after closure may not be possible.

10 Limitation of Liability

44cd is not responsible for any financial loss arising directly or indirectly from use of the 44cd platform, unless it is directly the result of 44cd's own negligence. Gaming inherently carries financial risk and users play entirely at their own responsibility.

44cd is not liable for issues arising from internet disconnection, power outages or other uncontrollable circumstances. 44cd is also not responsible for delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
